An upscale Spa, Weddings and Conference venue is looking for a new member to join the team on a permanent basis as a Reservation Agent.
What will you be doing?
Handling all incoming individual and group enquiries via phone, email and by fax, trying your best to convert them into bookings, optimising room sales and maximising revenue;
Checking commission claims and filling correspondence;
Producing reports from Opera system;
