Live in empty house as domestic worker/caretaker to look after the property, cleaning and maintain it with a good care. Feeding chicks and possibly in future also to be able to look after some goats
Will need the full driver's license though.

Job description for a multitasked caretaker to work in Chinnor, Oxfordshire with flexibility to work in London on occasions if required.

5-6 out of 7 days a week/ Mon- Sun
Salary : Competitive

o Responsibility may encompass some plumbing, electrical, gardening or hauling.
o repairs, property maintenance,
o Cleaning the property
o Repairs and troubleshooting jobs
o Making sure all house appliances work properly
o Driving and working in London when required, (Van, Audi)
o Outdoors areas maintenance and cleaning
o Putting together furniture and other equipment when required
o garden and woodland maintenance
o Pool maintenance and cleaning
o looking after animals ( currently chickens in future possibly goats)
o ability to travel
o Clearing rubbish and litter away from the garden and grounds.
o Advising home owners on the costs of plants and any work to be done, giving written quotations.
o Some knowledge of plants and vegetables
o report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Estate Manager
To understand the last minute request and show a sympathetic approach to them.
To be able to communicate effectively with other staff.
To be able to work without direct supervision.
To be able to work as a member of a team.
To be able to deal with emergencies effectively.
To be able to undertake cleaning duties in line with standards.
To have a full valid driving licence.(ability to drive manual cars like van)
The ability to co-ordinate and monitor the work performance of a tasks
Knowledge of health and safety in relation to the Caretaking Service.

Ensuring the property is a well managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a high-end customer service establishment carrying out the duties of an Caretaker. Residential property experience and experience as a driver, also flexibility.
