In this job you would need to pay close attention to details. You would need to work alone and in a team, if this sounds like you then read on.

Job Title: Housekeeper

Housekeeper Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel are cleaned and linens are restocked, ensuring the Hotel is maintained to the highest level of presentation.

As a Housekeeper, your duties would include:

Changing bed linen and towels
Making beds
Vacuuming floors
Dusting and polishing furniture
Cleaning bathrooms
Replacing stocks of guest supplies such as shampoo and soap

To be a Housekeeper you should have:

High standard of work and attention to detail
Physical fitness and stamina
The ability to work alone and as part of a team
Reliability and honesty
Respect for guests' privacy

Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience as a Housekeeper is desirable.
