| Job Description | This family owned, multi-award winning resort with two 4* hotels, self-catering lodges and three individually branded restaurants is currently looking for a Chef de Partie. You will be involved in cooking steaks, grills and seafood as well as preparing fresh homemade pizzas and pastas. You should be passionate about doing a quality job, reliable and a team player. Most importantly you should be used to working with high volumes / at least 200 covers/ and working under pressure.
