The family need a respectful, easy going native English speaker experienced working with this age group, the one who loves downhill skiing and will not count hours of work and extra work, will be happy to look after children, play with them and help the family with small issues if asked. The work is from early in the morning untill children go to bed. If you like skiing, you can do it with the family, the rent of equipment and ski passes are paid.
