| Job Description | We have a fabulous opportunity for a single lady who would like to live in a beautiful fully furnished private cottage in the grounds of our home, near Ascot/Windsor. We already have a cleaner who does most of the household cleaning, but we do need someone who can housekeep, prepare and serve lovely nutritious food for the kids (aged 14 and 8), run errands for Mum, walk the dogs collect vegetables from the garden, dust and ensure the house is beautifully presented. The family travel during most school holidays and occasionally you would be expected to travel in advance to assist at their other properties, or cover for sick leave or when there is a lot of entertaining. Chefs and other staff are employed and this is semi-formal service with privacy expected and the utmost of confidentiality between staff and the family. This role would ideally suit someone with few commitments, looking to semi-retirement, happy to help out and cook for the kids, but the children do not need a Nanny and Mum is a stay at home Mum when not competing or travelling. Love of the Countryside, although we are very near to Windsor and Ascot and London, someone who is lovely, traditional, calm and organised and who loves kids as much as dogs and cats (all the animals are looked after by Mum when she is around, only occasional walking as the grounds are over 5 acres). |
