| Job Description | We are looking for a housekeeper / nanny to help with all manner of chores to assist with the smooth running of our home. We have three children and one small dog. Children are twins, a boy and a girl aged five and an eight year old girl. The role is to help tidy and clean the house, laundry, ironing, changing beds, general cleaning and organising the children’s toys, clothes, projects for school, homework, meals and bath times. As well as running errands such as shopping, dry cleaning delivery and collection etc. school runs, play dates, clubs and walking / caring for the dog. We are wanting approximately 30 hours per week. From 1pm to 7pm OR 2pm - 8pm Monday to Friday. In either case some flexibility is required as well as the capability to do some sole charge so that I may go away. Longer hours will be arranged in advance of course. Must be a non smoker and drive, use of a car will be supplied hence must have a clean licence. Because of the nature of the work which is managerial, we feel someone more mature would be ideal. Someone organised with initiative who is kind and patient at dealing with children. We live in Murrayfield, Edinburgh. |
