Greetings! I have a 900sq ft one bedroom flat in Belgravia, London SW1X8AE. I am searching for a honest, reliable house keeper who can assist me with cleaning each time a guest books my flat on Airbnb, and a cleaning for the day they depart. I require 3 day minimum bookings with an option of 30 days. I will provide a locked closet for you with all the cleaning supplies and any items you may need to attend to the house. The house does have washer, dryer, dishwasher. There is carpet only in the bedroom.
I will assign a private elevator code for you which allows you to enter/exit my house from the elevator. You will be responsible for cleaning prior to arrival and greeting the guest who arrives. Same when they depart. The arrival/departure times are set as arrive 1-3pm, depart 12pm. We can coordinate times most suitable for you if needed. As well, there is a local shop owner close by who will hold the key for us in the event a guest is late to arrive.

I would like to discuss a fixed price for each cleaning, in addition to a fixed price as a fee for managing the arrival/departure of these guests.
