Job Description

We are looking for a full time live in housekeeper and cat carer to join us. We are a busy professional couple who travel abroad frequently and need someone to look after our farmhouse and our two cats, therefore a love for cats is essential.

In addition to looking after our two cats Jerry and Tubby you will be required to do the usual daily housekeeping and cleaning duties including lots of washing and ironing, gardening, windows, bringing in logs for our fires and some shopping and occasional cooking. We would like you to speak basic English.

You will have your own accommodation separate to our house with WIFI and the use of a car. A VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL.

You must be comfortable living in a remote location and spending time alone with our cats. Although we live two miles from a very nice village, the property is in open countryside and therefore a driving license is essential. Please do not apply if you do not have previous experience and are not currently in the UK. We would want to have a SKYPE interview first and then for you to come and see us at our home in the next two weeks. NO PETS OR SMOKERS PLEASE.
