A bit of background for you:

I work for a property company in the UK and manage a large number of properties across the UK, Europe and USA. We have this property in Shoreditch, London and it is exclusively for the use of our staff. The use of the property varies from month to month and can be used 3 weeks of each month, or it might not be used from month to month.

Due to the nature of how I manage it - I am looking for a HOUSEKEEPER not a cleaner. My definition of a housekeeper is someone who takes full responsibility of the property just like it was their own. They would be in charge of the cleaning, laundry, guest changeovers, pre arrival shopping, fixing issues within the house, organising contractors to come in if there are larger issues, organising tradesmen (should something happen in the house such as a leak, blocked toilet etc) I am looking for someone to look after the house entirely, not just clean.
