Job Description

A private family is looking to employ a child-friendly, hands-on Housekeeper who is committed, reliable and hard working. The ideal candidate will have extremely high standards and be organised, hands on and a confident family cook to assist with the daily running of a busy household.

The role will be live out.

This is a Full-time role, working 10 to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week, the exact days & hours to be agreed.

Main responsibilities include:
• Cleaning apartment, vacuuming, sweeping floors, sanitising bathroom, kitchen and shower areas.
• Ironing and washing clothes, changing bedding.
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and children's areas clean and tidy.
• Making snacks for the children, including good food presentation.
• Assistance in preparing healthy, nutritional meals.
• Checking and purchasing groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels.
• Prepared to travel overseas with the family, providing assistance with packing suitcases and wardrobe
management.
• Running ad-hoc errands for the family.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous experience as a housekeeper is essential in working for this private family.
• An enhanced CRB & DBS check.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, flexible and adaptable.
• A valid First Aid certificate would be desirable
• Great references, checkable work history.
• Available to start in August.
