We live in Hutton, near Billericay in a 5 bedroom, period farmhouse. Ideally what we're looking for is a housekeeper who is able to come for around 8 hours a week to help with everything to do with keeping the house going. This is why I'm keen for a housekeeper rather than a cleaner. I'd love someone who firstly understands the upkeep of an older house and is able to help with everything from general up keep to bed changing, laundry, polishing, dusting etc.
