| Job Description | PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER / DOMESTIC ASSISTANT WANTED – LLANYMAWDDWY, SY20 9AQ I’m looking for a reliable, friendly person to provide regular ongoing help in my home in Llanymawddwy, near Dinas Mawddwy. This is more of a housekeeper/domestic assistant role than simply a cleaning job. I’m ideally looking for someone who can come several days a week, potentially Monday to Friday, for around 3–4 hours per day. Exact days and hours can be discussed. Duties would include: • General cleaning, hoovering and mopping • Tidying and keeping rooms organised • Laundry and ironing • Folding and putting clothes away • Changing bedding • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms • Helping reorganise cupboards, rooms and storage • General household organisation • Keeping on top of day-to-day jobs around the home • Occasional small outdoor jobs, including clearing up after dogs I’m looking for somebody who is happy to take some initiative rather than only carrying out a fixed cleaning checklist. For example, spotting when something needs tidying or reorganising and helping keep the house running smoothly. Location: Llanymawddwy, SY20 9AQ Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, flexible Pay: Around £17–£20 per hour depending on experience Travel: Happy to discuss a contribution towards travel because of the rural location Start: As soon as suitable This would ideally be a long-term regular arrangement. You would need your own transport because there is very limited public transport locally.
