1. Silver Service for Part-time staff / max 30 hours per week/
What does it include?
The Silver Service includes:
Selection and an Introduction of a cleaner, housekeeper, housekeeper/cook, mother’s help or a gardener matching client’s requirements;
Setting up an interview with the selected candidates;
What do we check?
We check work experience and conversational English if the candidate’s mother tongue is not English
How long does it take?
1-5 working days
How much does it cost?
One off fee of £69.99 payable only if after the interview the client approves the candidate and the candidate starts work as agreed

2. Gold Service for Part-time staff / max 30 hours per week/
What does it include?
The Gold Service Includes all from the Silver Service plus ID and reference check /up to 3 references/ per approved candidate
How long does it take?
2-7 working days
How much does it cost?
One off fee of £89.99 is payable if after the interview the client approves the candidate and the candidate starts work as agreed.

3. Platinum Service for Full – time / 30+ hours per week / and Live –in positions
This service is designed to help clients looking for Full –time or Live-in domestic staff, as well as for nannies or carers working with babies, small children or elderly, where more checks and special experience or qualifications may be required.
The service includes checking position related experience, language skills, ID and reference checks of all references provided, as well as any other qualifications needed for the position. As the requirements will vary a lot from one client to another, all terms and conditions are negotiable. However, there is a minimum charge of £159.00 which is one off fee payable if after the interview the client approves the candidate and the candidate starts work as agreed.
Please note the following terms & conditions
Good Housekeeper Ltd works on exclusive basis only unless otherwise specified.
The contract between Good Housekeeper Ltd and the Client is for a max of 45 calendar days.
During this period of time Good Housekeeper Ltd has to introduce at least one suitable for the role candidate, the housekeeper has to start work / if approved/ and the invoice with the fee due to Good Housekeeper Ltd must be paid in full.
Once both parties agree on all terms and conditions and the housekeeper starts work, an invoice for the fee due will be send to the Client who has 14 days to pay it. If during the 14 days the housekeeper leaves or is let go by the Client then a £10 fee is payable to Good Housekeeper Ltd for every day worked by the housekeeper up to the maximum of £70.00
If Good Housekeeper Ltd is not able to introduce even one suitable candidate within 14 days of starting the search, the Client can withdraw their request. In this case no fee is due to Good Housekeeper Ltd by the Client.
If, at some point the Client decides that he/she doesn't need any more a housekeeper or has found somebody through other channels and Good Housekeeper Ltd has to stop the search for the client, then a £35.00 admin fee becomes due to Good Housekeeper Ltd.
